Emergency First Response Course

The PADI Emergency First Response (EFR) course is a comprehensive program designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to respond effectively in emergency situations. This course focuses on building confidence and competence in providing first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).

The EFR course covers a wide range of topics, including primary care (CPR) and secondary care (first aid) techniques, such as assessing and managing life-threatening injuries, illnesses and incidents. Students will learn how to recognize and respond to situations such as choking, severe bleeding, shock, spinal injury and unconsciousness.

The course is taught through a combination of knowledge development, skills practice, and scenario-based assessments to ensure that students have a thorough understanding of the concepts and can confidently apply them in real situations. The training allows for hands-on practice and immediate feedback from certified instructors.

The EFR course is highly recommended not only for scuba divers, but also for anyone interested in developing the skills and knowledge to respond effectively to emergency situations in everyday life.
